What We Built

AI Tender was created to close that gap. We built a system that monitors every major Australian tender portal continuously, matches new opportunities against detailed business profiles and helps generate professional bid responses. It does the work of a full-time procurement team at a fraction of the cost.

Who Is Behind This

AI Tender is a resource built by Flowtivity, an AI consultancy based on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Flowtivity was founded by AJ Awan, who spent over six years in management consulting at EY advising major Australian organisations on technology strategy and business transformation.

After leaving EY, AJ recognised that the same AI capabilities transforming enterprise operations could be made accessible to growing Australian businesses — at a price point that made sense. Flowtivity combines enterprise-grade thinking with practical, affordable implementation.
